When will she stop/slow down?

I have posted on here a few times and had good advice and support so here I am again.

LO is 8 months - she is at nursery 4 days pw and while there, eats and drinks water with bf am and on return and before bed from me. That's fine. However on days she is with me - still wants bfing 2 hourly! She surely doesn't need this much milk now so how do I get her to stop or slow down?

If I knew I could just do 2-3 bfs a day would continue but I am shattered by her demands on me. This, combined with having to express twice a day at work to keep up supply has seen me lose so much weight. I am a stone under my normal weight (and I am already very slim so it's not good).

She will take 2-30z formula at nursery when she's in the mood. Should I just start offering her a bottle at home? She won't normally take one at home tbh.

Any advice? Please............
