6mo dd, what to do about random bottles?

DD is breastfed, and up until a few days ago we hadn't started weaning either. We've started blw, which is going slow but okay.

When she was first born, dh gave her a bottle of formula a day but I put a stop to that and we found out a few weeks ago (well MIL found out!) that she won't accept bottles now.

I don't really need to leave her much, aside from once a month for college for a full day. Is there a way to get her to accept a bottle without her having to have one every day? Is there a magic cup (and I don't mean those lousy avent ones ) that may help? We are planning the odd night out in the future and it would be nice to know she'll take something.

try a doidy cup. it's open, no spout, no lid. lots of bf babies seem to take to it better than bottles.

dd happily uses a spout cup (those very cheap things fromm Tesco / Asda) but refuses a bottle. Definately worth a try. Expect a bit of spluttering at the start because it does come out fast!
