stopped feeding - boobs like rocks - help!!

Just dropped the last feed after 8 months. ahve been doing it gradually but this morning my boobs are huge & painful almost too painful to touch.

anything I can do?

Hot shower, dirict the jet sideways onto your boobs and a gentle squeeze should relieve some pain. Don't use a pump will make problem worse, just get enough out so your not sore. Good luck

Nice deep bath as well, squeeze some milk out in there till they're not so painful. It will pass!
