Breast milk Storage

Hi all

If I have expressed breast milk and left it out for 5 hours and know it won't be used, can it go on the fridge for 5 days or would it have to be thrown away if not used within 6 hours?

Thank you

I would throw it, heartbreaking as that is.

It'll be fine!

I would put it in the fridge but use it sooner than 5 days

You can also freeze it. I've found storage bags a god send!

Do you know you're replying to your own post?! Wink. Definitely freeze it if you can

Hahaha!!!! That's pretty funny!! I didn't even notice. I'll take my own advice then :)
