Co-codamol and breastfeeding?

Can I take co-codamol after bedtime feed, if I'm not going to feed again until 5 or 6am? Have horrific sinus pain and paracetamol and ibuprofen aren't touching it. I can sleep with it, and tomorrow is my first day back at work! DD is 1.

www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk/detailed-information/drugs-in-breastmilk/

This is drugs in breastmilk, there is a helpline and you can also message them on Facebook. They are best people to advise you.
Hope you feel better soon.
