How Many BF's at 7.5 months?

Hi there, am giving a feed at 7am/2.30pm and both breasts at 6.30pm in addition to 3 meals a day. Is this enough? Various books say baby should have 20-odd oz of milk and I am not convinced she is getting that? Am giving yougurts/cheese sauce etc. . . but that's whole cows milk.

If your baby wanted any more I'm sure she'd tell you in the time honoured fashion. By bf immediately before offering solids, you will maximise baby's take up.
