I've been expressing for DS from when he was two days old through to last week when he turned 9 months old.
I pumped for the last time last Thursday having wound it down til I eventually was doing it once every 24 hrs and only getting about 40mls a time.
For the week after I was fine - boobs a bit tender but no real swelling and no pain. But yesterday I woke up with a mark on my pjs over one boob and this morning it's on both boobs - I've been leaking overnight.
I'm sure it'll go away but does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do? I'll dig out the pads I had at the beginning and wear them tonight with a soft bra to keep them in place. I'll drink some peppermint tea today which can dry things up.
Any other ideas?
