3 month old pinching and pushing breast away HELP!

My 3 month old pinches me while feeding which really hurts! If she's not doing that she is pushing me away with all her force and she is v strong! At the same time she is hungry and latched on. Ive tried putting a toy in her hand to stop pinching but she still pushes me away. HELP!?

We did when she was newborn and she hated it. Far too strong now.

Maybe try scratch mitts for the pinching, as for the pushing perhaps the rugby hold would help?
