Is this mastitis?

I've had a sore breast for a few days now and yesterday evening I started feeling nauseous. Really not feeling good which is fun with a newborn

Possibly. Is there a red/hot patch on your breast? Can you feel a lump where the pain is? I would suggest contacting midwife (if still under their care), health visitor or GP for advice. In the meantime you can try using hot flannels on the painful part and massaging down towards your nipple to try and clear any blockage.

It's pretty much all hot. I know have sickness and diarrhoea. I'm also waiting for a callback from the doctors
