When should pain stop?

I have been on antibiotics for infection in breast for the last 9 days its a 2 week course, pain had improved and redness had gone but the last few days its started getting worse again. Does this mean the antibiotics aren't working? Should I go back to dr today or wait til I've finished the course?

could be thrush caused by antibiotics. Do you have pain between feeds? any itchyness?

Thrush caused infection in the first place so have been using Nystatin cream on nipples and baby is on the drops prescribed by the dr anyway.

wouold ask your doc if there's anything stronger to wipe out the thrush?
