Bra's for ex BF mother

Hi all,

Just had to stop bf my DD (for reasons i will not go into else i will cry). How long before my milk completely drys up??? and how long before i return to the b shape and size so i can be fitted for a new bra???

So confused!!!!

How long before the milk dries up depends on so many things - how long since childbirth, how gradually/suddenly you gave up, how much milk you were producing at your most productive ...

What makes you think you will return to pre-pregnancy size exactly? I'm still a lot bigger than I was originally, and I know other mothers who are smaller.

Took a good couple of weeks for my milk to completely dry up. My boobs are now smaller than before and are probably going to get even smaller as I'm trying to lose more weight.

Obviously I don't know why you had to stop BF and I understand that you don't wish to go into it here but try not to be too sad. I was very disappointed when I stopped but I kept telling myself that I had done well to BF at all. Well done to you for BF your LO for as long as you have
