expressed Breast milk advice

Hi

Please can anyone help - if I take frozen breast milk and thaw it then heat it to give to baby but baby refuses it can I use it again later? If so is it ok to heat it up again too?

If answer to both is yes how long is it ok to leave this for?

Thanks

Wendy

Here is official advice (Australian)

www.breastfeeding.asn.au/bf-info/breastfeeding-and-work/expressing-and-storing-breastmilk

It's been a while for me but I think we didn't reheat milk but did feed the same again at room temp if it was within an hour or so.

I was fairly lax with the rules (eg. microwave to warm milk, washed bottles in dishwasher and didn't sterilise) and DS had no issues other than reflux.
