Why has my baby started refusing a bottle?

She is 15 weeks old. She came out of SCBU almost entirely on bottles but we gradually reduced them down until she was exclusively breastfed. She has been EBF for about 2 months but since the she has taken the odd bottle of expressed milk. In the past week she has refused to take a bottle. I've just tried to give her a bottle because she's got a cold and is getting really congested trying to breastfeed so I thought maybe she'd take a bottle better but she just cries and now I've wasted some expressed milk too. We were using Dr Brown's preemie bottles which she used to take fine but I've also tried a MAM bottle and she won't take either. Could she just be refusing a bottle because of her cold?

Perhaps she's struggling to breathe? And/or the flow is too fast or slow for her in combination with the above
