15 week old fighting the bottle

My dd used to take her bottle well but in the last 3 or so weeks she is a nightmare to feed - can take approx 1.5 hrs to feed her 6 ozs and that's on a good day. I feed her either expressed breast milk or formula (unfortunatly have stopped direct breastfeeding due to various problems) - she seems to have no preference. I know she must be hungry as it is at least 4 hours between feeds and she seems to be giving me all the hunger signs but when I feed her she won't open her mouth and if she does she will only take 1.5 ozs. She is taking in way less than the recommended amount - in fact her intake is much lower than it was at 7-8 weeks. I find she takes her feed best as she is falling asleep. Has anybody else experienced this.

Have you tried a faster flowing teat? Maybe your lo is getting fed up as the flow rate is too slow and she is giving up before she is really full.

Seona, yes I changed the teat once this problem started but doesn't seem to have made much difference.
