Lunch tends towards beans on toast, scrambled eggs and brioche, jam sandwiches! Dinner, whatever we are having, so last night was chilli and rice, tonight is Tuna pasta bake Smile

Avocado and egg yolks, white sauce pasta, bananas, toast, sweet potato gratin, most Indian food but his favourite is idli with lentil soup.

Often I save a portion of outer dinner from the night before and reheat. Or, cheese on toast, scrambled eggs beans waffle/toast. Pasta. Sandwich. Rice cakes soft cheese. Avocado on toast. Jacket potato. French toast. Always fruit after, sometimes yogurt. Picnic plate (breadsticks, cheese, tomato, cucumber etc)
