I hear the best thing is a baby

Otherwise this is a mine of useful information - fenugreek is one of the most commonly used things.

demand feeding and making sure that you are eating and drinking enough.

I also tried brewers yeast (yuk) and nursing tea (initially yuk but you get used to if after 4 cups a day) whihc is fenegeek and some other herbs - you can get it from napiers herbalists but is v expensive.

I think the thing that works best is to RELAX and think of how much you want to feed your baby and do lots of skin to skin.

It took me a while to feel I had enough milk but I am sure most of it was physcological (sp) rather than anythign to do with tea or yeast!
