I know there is no right or wrong answer to this question as every baby is different but just interested to hear what your lo's drink.
Dd turned 9 months last week and has been ebf. I go back to work in 7 weeks so just started introducing some formula this week.
She's taking the bottle well if her dad gives her it and not me!
Here is what she has each day:
6am: bf
7am: breakfast (porridge, fruit, toast)
9.30am: drinks about 3oz from bottle then nap for 1-1.5 hours
12pm: lunch (sandwich, veg, yoghurt, rice cakes)
2.30pm: bf and nap for 30mins
4.30pm: dinner (whatever we are having followed by a pudding)
6pm: bath
6.30/6.45pm: bf or bottle then bed
At this age is it still OK to give her milk before her morning and afternoon nap?
Just interested to hear what others do. If you think she needs to cut down on her milk I'd like to do this before she starts nursery.
She eats a lot of dairy products so I know she will get the calcium she needs if she has less milk.
Thanks
