Ds is just 1. Ebf bottle refuser. He has been having cows milk in cereal etc, and to drink once or twice a day. I'm pregnant and pretty sure my milk is on it way out. Ds doesn't really feed in the day but always has a good bedtime feed. Lately he's been fussy and pulling off after a few sucks.
So.....I want to start offering cows milk at bedtime. How much should be have?
