Moving to bottle feeding and daughter brings up bedtime feed

Moving from breast to bottle and daughter has brought her bedtime milk up when I lay her down in cot both nights she has had it. Is she guzzling too quickly, am I laying her down too quickly? Should I use smaller teet or do milk before bath to let it settle?

What age is your DD? My DS did this at 5 months when we tried him with a bottle - I think he was guzzling it too quickly with a size 2 mam teat. We switched him to a Haberman bottle after a friend recommended it & he seems to be a lot better although I still mainly bf. I think it's meant to more closely mimic a bf suckle with a slower flow - definitely takes him longer to drain a bottle & he's not sick afterwards.

Almost 15months.

You need to do teeth after bedtime bottle so I think that bit of upright time will help

Do you need to give a bedtime bottle then? Or you could use a cup at that age

She takes very little from a cup.
