My right breast doesn't work

I'm trying to breastfeed my 3 week old baby. I am expressing using an electric pump as she was premature so I had to establish a supply this way and she's not yet exclusively breastfeeding. My supply from my left breast is fine (usually get around 60ml from expressing alone) but my right breast is a massive underachiever (only get 5-15ml at a time. I know it's not unusual to have an uneven supply and I've had surgery on my right breast so it's not surprising. But is there anything I can do to help it produce more?

Bumping for you OP.

I'm not sure how to improve one side but I do know that your baby will be much more efficient than the pump when she is able to feed.

Fenugreek & blessed thistle tea worked fab for upping my milk but that was both boobs? I haven't had an operations etc and I've always had one boob that produced more than the other

I fed for 2 years on one side - for reasons unknown to science and lactation consultants we just never got on with the right side. My dd would fuss on the right and I could never express either on that side. Despite unhelpful comments about wonky boobs etc we fed exclusively and never had any other issues (She went from a middle percentile to 91st by 6 months)
