Hi,

I am having great difficulty giving my 9mo dd her vitamins as she just spits them out turning everything orange and driving me mad!

She bfs from me except at meal times when she has food and water from a sippy cup.

I take multivits and omega 3 and calcium with vit d3 daily.

Any tips on how I can make my little darling take her vitamins would be gratefully received.

:)

If she has drops you could disgise them in a bit of yoghurt or cereal or other food ?

If you don't already, buy the liquid vitamins and mix them into her food. I put DD's in her morning porridge; she eats the lot and doesn't even realise. The orange flavour is quite strong so if you think it will put her off, try adding a little bit of cinnamon to disguse/sweeten the taste.
