tips needed: expressing at work but supply seems to be dropping...

I've been back at work for 3months and have been expressing every day to leave EBM for DS (8months) for the next day. So far supply has been fine - have even managed to get enough to add to the freezer supply.

However, over the past couple weeks, supply has started dropping and I'm barely managing to get enough.

I've tried expressing more often, less often, looking at photos of DS, reading mag and not thinking about DS... Nothing making much difference.

DS still gets up for feeds during the night so that should be stimulating my supply, shouldn't it?

Just need something to help boost what I'm able to get during the day as don't want to top up with formula. Any tips?

TIA

thanks for replies...

muminfife - I had thought about the spending the day in bed thing but he was having none of it when I tried at the weekend...

loopyjude - I think I might have to try doing that, I was hoping I could get away without expressing at home (it's so tedious) but it might solve the problem...

I guess I might just get DH (SAHD) to rearrange his feeds so that I only miss 1 feed, might make it easier... Either that or win the lottery so I can quit work and offer DS boob whenever he fancies

Eat Oats... porridge for b'fast and snack on Oat Cookies throughout the day.. this worked wonders for me:

No Bake choc cookies

2 cups sugar 1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk 1 stick butter

Boil the above ingredients for 2 minutes, remove from heat and mix the below ingredients in. Spoon onto wax paper and allow to cool.

1/2 cup peanut butter (if wished or replace with raisins)
3 cups of oats initially, add extra oats until mixture is very stiff
1 TSP vanilla
