Squished bottle teats - technique or brand??!

My daughter's just turned four weeks and is having trouble with her Munchkin Latch teats - during a single feed it'll get 'squashed in', which stops the flow (particularly annoying at night...) - is this her technique (she couldn't get breast-feeding) or is it the brand? Any recommendations for alternative teats?

I think she needs faster flow teats - called Stage 2 or something like that. Sounds like she's sucking hard to get more milk, faster flow teats will help. They look the same, just have more holes. In time to come she'll probably move on to Stage 3 teats too. That's usually enough.
