biting/gumming

My 20wo is I think beginning to teeth. During feeding she bites down with her gums. It doesn't always hurt at the time and I can't always pinpoint exactly when she's doing it but overall it's leading to sore nipples!! Any advice or idea how long it will last? I don't think her gums are sore, I think she's just discovering her bite! Confused

IME it only lasts a week or two; like most baby things, it passes!!

God I hope so! Worst thing is she's on the small side so I'm always a bit paranoid about her feeding so I'm scared of taking her off before she might be full!! I wonder would lansinoh help the soreness, doesn't feel sore between feeds tho , just st the time of the gumming!! Confused
