Advice on reducing mix feeding

Hi all,
I've been reading around for awhile desperate for something similar to the situation I put myself in.
I have a 7 week old baby boy born at 4.95kg.
Unfortunately I was one of them new mums that read everything pregnancy and labour related but not EVEN thought about about breastfeeding or the 4th stage.
I regret my ignorance now...
My story is similar to many but please give whatever advice you

Gosh I posted without explaining my situation.
I started bottle feeding in the hospital, I was there for 3 days.
Once home I tried Bf only but baby just wouldn't latch or settle... Out came the bottle. From exhaustion I let mum n hubby feed him more often.
Once I got energy back I really tried to ebf but my milk was late..it took 7 days
The cycle continued and here I am at almost 2months guilt ridden but topping up each feed with 60ml of formula or expressed.

My midwife and I never got on so that never helped. She was too judgmental and push so I could never really speak to her.

I have tried almost all the methods of increasing my supply but it is a battle am anxious am losing.

The few times I decreased the bottle feeds baby's weight was static and his fussing at the breast increased so I gave in.

You did not "give in". You met your baby's absolute to need, you fed him. I'll let others speak to methods to reduce combo feeding of that is what you wish (I combo fed myself) but I really want to emohasise that it is vitally important your growing baby gets enough nutrition every single day. Both breast and formula milk meet this requirement excellently. I understand the pressure to EBF but you must remember being fed is the most important thing by far.
