Gel breast pads - does anyone still do them?

HI there
My sister is breastfeeding at the mo - 2 week old and has badly cracked nipple and mastitis, v painful. When the same thing happened to me last year I used Mothermates breast pads, they were fab as so cooling and did not stick to bleeding bit (sorry!). But I can't find anything like this now to give to her - anyone got any alternatives or know where I can get something similar?
thanks!

Are these what you're after?

Or this might be overall better for naturally healing the breast and nipple at the same time.

Sorry this is the correct link

Thanks for all the suggestions - I've ordered them all and hopefully they will help do the trick, although the babe appears to have gone off the idea of breastfeeding following this bout of mastitis :-(

you can get them on prescription from gp too. does she need / want any more help to continue, perhaps a bf counsellor?
