Mam anti colic bottles question

As the milk can leak outworn cooling or heating can the milk in the jug get into the milk
As this obviously is tap water in worried it ll contaminate the milk inside ?? Any ideas

I always decanted into a normal bottle but tried to make fresh so it didn't happen.
