Feeding at 10 weeks

Should my baby still want breastfeeding every hour and a half to 2 hours at 10 weeks old? I know he can go longer and it doesn't bother him but when we are at home doing nothing he wants feeding so often.

Very normal!

ALongTimeComing · 30/05/2016 19:11

Absolutely yes! Totally normal. Enjoy the snuggles because whilst it feels like forever, it absolutely is not.

I'll relax and enjoy it then. So long as it's normal I'm happy.

DS2 is 9 months and still has a quick feed every few hours if we're at home! He can go much longer if we're out or I'm not there. I just follow his lead.

Junosmum · 31/05/2016 00:09

Yep. DS is 5 months and will feed every 1.5 hours if allowed.

Boosiehs · 31/05/2016 00:10

Yep. If at home or sitting around DS loves a feed. When we are out or overnight will go much longer. He is 4 months now.

Thanks for the relies everyone. I'm glad it's normal.

My "baby" is over 1 and still likes a feed every 3 or 4 hours if we are at home. On work days I'm out all day so obviously that doesn't happen. Smile
