Can a toddler eat too many courgettes?

My DS could gorge on (steamed) courgettes. Is it ok? Is he getting much nutritional value from them?

They don't have much fibre, but they will have vitamins and won't do any harm!

God the nappies must be grim!

My ds practically lives on cherry tomatoes and has suffered no ill effects so far. Apart from being VERY regular
