Expressing at work

Due to return to work soon , ano plan to combine feeding by formula during day & bf in evenings. Will I need to express during day to help my supply? If so what do you carry your pump in ? Will a cool bag suffice ?

I suppose it depends on how old your baby is. If you talk to a BFC she will b cable to help you to come up with a return to work plan and hopefully reduce your risk of mastitis. I kept my ebf in the fridge at work and carried it hope in an cool bag .
