Baby bringing up milk that smells of sick - normal or reflux?

My son is 7wks and recently when he brings up milk after a feed, it smells of sick. In the past it was odourless. I'm concerned that the sick now might be more acidic and hurting his throat.
Other things that might be related: hiccups after most feeds especially when he changes position - (but he had hiccups a lot in the womb too whenever I went from standing to lying down). He eats a lot and always seems hungry and is gaining weight fine - probably too much actually.

Is it normal for baby's regurgitation to smell of vomit or could that be reflux?
