What menus for a 9 month old?

Hi. My 9 month old is bf and we've been doing blwI, more or less, since 6 months.
I'm having a crisis of comfidnce at the moment and doubting whether I'm feeding him the right things, or enough.
What do you feed your 9 month old, when and how much?

My dd is just 9 months and on a typical day she eats;

7.15 ish- 1 weetabix and a fruit pot
12-12.30- 1 egg scrambled and a slice if toast (maybe half of the toast gets eaten), omelette with peppers and mushrooms, soup, 4/5 tablespoons of beans with toast, a sandwich thin with hummus.....stuff like that.
3 ish- 3 tbsp natural yogurt with a bit of fruit, a banana perhaps
5-5.30 - shepherds pie and veg (quite a large portion), fish pie and veg, macaroni, broccoli and cauliflower cheese, spag bol. She probably has around enough cooked pasta and veg to fill my cupped hands. If she still seems hungry I'll give her more fruit or a but more yogurt
7-7.30 6oz milk
10-10.30 dream feed when we go to bed, maybe another 4/5oz.

She eats like a little piggy I think . I was mix feeding her with a single ff a day and the rest bf up until 8 months when she completely lost interest in milk during the day. She dropped milk much quicker than ds did!

I remember shepherds/fish pies were eaten a LOT

My tip top tip though is to mash broccoli and potato together. DS must have thought that mashed potato was flecked with green for the longest time. Worked a treat though as he loves broccoli and will shovel it in like nobody's business.

I know the above might be an obvious tip but I am such a shit cook and actually despise cooking that I was ever so proud back then of doing it!
