slow flow teat

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a very slow flowing bottle teat? My 4.5 month old DS is mainly BF but can be persuaded to take the occasional bottle when necessary but only if the flow is very slow. We've had success with one lansinoh slow flow teat but even other teats from the same pack are rejected as the are a tiny bit faster flowing! We've tried the medela vacuum one but he didn't get that and the Tommy tippee ones were also rejected!
Any one found a brand we've not tried that is very slow flowing?
TIA

My DD likes the MAM slow flow teats. We also use their anti colic bottles too which are working well so far :)
