5 week old 'biting' nipple

Just looking for advice, over the past week my ds will bite me, just now he did it really hard and I think it will bruise. I don't get it! His latch is really good and he only does it on the left. I have noticed he sneakily comes off and latches himself back on

Not going to be much help so hopefully someone else will chime in. But if it's just one side perhaps try a different position? Maybe rugby ball one to trick him?!

Might be worth a go. I suck at rugby ball hold :(
