How much cow's milk?

DD is almost 1 and is still bf. This is fine with me, however she still likes a midday feed and I will be going back to work soon. She has just started to drink a bit of cows milk, I just wondered roughly how much she should have?

She still wakes a couple of times a night for a little feed and I also bf her in the morning and before bed, so really she is getting plenty. She also eats milk in porridge, cheese etc so I think she is OK on that front. I did try to drop the midday feed but she wasn't happy and seems to be a bit more content with some cows milk.

I don't want to give her too much in case she starts eating less solid food, is there a rough amount she should have?

Thanks!

Not if she's bf. Once she is one you can start giving milk after food so I wouldn't worry about her cutting down on solids just yet Smile
