How do I increase my milk supply?

Is there anything here in the UK that I can take?My one boob is good, but other is fading

The best thing to do to increase supply is breastfeed more. Often one breast does not produce as much as the other when expressing but that does not mean there is less milk there.

Not any sort of expert, but could you try offering the lower supply boob first at each feed so that the demand/supply thing kicks in?

What makes you think your supply is fading? AFAIK it's fairly normal for babies to prefer one boob by the way (from what people have told me).

I have done all possible. I have been feeding non stop at each feed and she is just getting frustrated. It's so flat and soft, but the other is nice and round! I am just stressing as I had a successfull 10 months bf'ing a couple of years ago!..Have been seaching online and there is a tea called milkmaid which is supposed to be brilliant!...here's me hoping!!!

How old is your LO? Penelope Leach has some excellent advice about increasing the milk supply (it's in Your Baby and Child) which basically boils down to: enlist the help of your DP or whoever else you can lean on to run the house, look after older children and bring you meals on a tray, and take yourself and baba to bed for 36 hours and do nothing but snuggle, snooze and feed. I did this when my DS was a couple of months old and suddenly started to need much more milk. It worked like a charm. There was milk galore!

Calmriver - some times babies sense if you are tense and concerned about feeds and milk supply. Very possible that there is nothing wrong but baby just wants to stay attached. How old is she? You shouldn't have a problem with supply since you fed for 10 months before. Is she latching properly on that side?
