If so do you have to keep taking it for as long as you bf? I have found that one bottle cleared it (60 tablets) but then when I stopped it came back with a vengence .
Just wondered if anyone had any experience as maybe I should order in bulk and save myself some money.....I'm determined to feed this one until she can warm her own milk in the microwave.

Sympathise - am suffering too after a lull. Haven't heard of Exspore - what is it? Clearly it worked for a while?

It's a supplement tablet whose active ingredient in Caprylic acid (Grapefruit seed extract). I had used the liquid form on my nipples which worked but dried them out something rotten. This tablet does seem to do the trick. It's made by Nutri-west and I buy it online. It says to increase the dosage after a week but I find one a day works long term...worth a try I would say.

I've been using grapefruit seed extract too - but without a brand name. I also tried it on my nipples, but to be honest he fed so often and was so colicky and therefore not put-downable it was hard to find the time to plaster the liquid on after a feed before the next feed. How dilute did you use it? How long / oftern before it dried nipples out?

I used it a few drops to a tablespoon but it dried them out pretty quick (and made my eczema come up on my hands). Had to use Lanisoh to supple 'em up again!

I don't use it at all now the tablets do the trick.

BTW watch out if you use a breast pump as this set me off a couple of times. Had to start using Milton as it is the only way to kill it - was a lazy dishwasher girl before.

Oh yes, do use pump - a lot. Maybe I'll give it a nuke in Milton tomorrow.
Cheers. x
