Nursing Strike/Teething?

6 months old DS, got bottom teeth through with little drama. Now refused to BF since 5pm last night. Screaming most of last night. Still grizzly today. No temp. No other symptoms apart from teething dribble/pink cheek etc so think is his top teeth coming.
How can I get him to take boob again?
Am expressing but boobs still feel engorged. He's had some purée mixed with BF milk but his nappies are now dry apart from a couple of hard nuggety poos.
Should I go to Out of Hours GP? Seems a bit silly but worried about dehydration. He takes tiny sips of water from a cup but only a dribble really. Is a bottle refuser.
HELP
