How long until my milk supply is affected?

D and v bug since fri night I managed an ice pole and digestive today and yest but that's it.
Will ds be getting enough milk? He's 3.5 months

I had a bug when DS was a similar age. Don't worry about eating, you will be able to make milk regardless of minimal calorie intake. Do try and drink as much fluid as you can. Your supply might take a slight hit if you are getting very dehydrated so drink whenever you can manage to. Tiny sips all the time might be easiest on your stomach.

Happy is correct. Your body is v clever but you must try to keep hydrated - more for you than for baby really.

It's also good if you can BF because you will be passing on antibodies to baby so that hopefully he won't pick up the bug.
