DS refused feeds today - is it over?

I've been feeding DS for 13 months, and am now feeding in the morning and evening - but not today. He refused twice. I'm 15 weeks pg, could that have something to do with it? Or could his teething (molars coming through and they're painful) be causing this?
Any advice? Trying not to get upset about this

Hi 3flights. 2 of my 3 stopped breastfeeding while I was pg. Could be that. Could be the teething. I suppose I'd just keep offering and see where you get to. Well done for getting this far. Hope it's not the end for you
