Reducing expressing = lower milk supply

Dd is 12 weeks and I've expressed exclusively for her since she was born six weeks prematurely.
I'm expressing every 3-4 hours and twice overnight and am just about meeting her at the moment. The problem is I have an old child and will want to go out for the day over Easter here and there. I also have a wedding at the start of May where it will be very difficult to express all day.
If I reduce down to expressing five times a day - and at least once at night - will it dramatically reduce my milk supply. I could do 9am, 4pm, 8pm, 12am, 4am
I just need more time in the day.

I dont think it will dramatically reduce it, it will reduce but you can always up the pumping later if you need to and your boobs will respond!

You may need to reduce your current pumping schedule slowly to avoid engorgment initially
