Problems feeding my 16 week dd

My dd has been feeding fine since birth, no problems. But the last 3/4 days have been hell.
Shes been very unsettled and feeding what seems to be constantly. Nights have been terrible with her feeding all through the night but not properly. She would latch on for 5/10 seconds then pull off and cry.
So today I feel rough. My breasts ache, my nipples are sore and I get an awful pain when she latches on And I'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open.

Please tell me its just a growth spurt and will stop very soon.

Seem to recall DD had a feeding frenzy around this time, but also think her teeth started to bother her as about 2 weeks later she began to dribble for England. She also became a bit indifferent to the boob for about a week - now happily back on track. So teeth might be a factor
I just muddled through and as usual the feeding settled down.
Not much help and someone should come along with some better advice

Hi, thanks for your reply.
She has been dribbling alot the past few days and biting her fists so maybe she is teething.
Hope it settles down soon though!
