Breastfeeding 9 month old and have itchy breasts

For the last month or so I've had really itchy breasts. There's nothing to see it's just really itchy. I've stopped wearing bras at night but that's made little difference. It's all over the breast from underneath where my bra goes, to the top bit, to round the nipples. Basically all of it on both of them! I've now got weird bruise marks where the red scratching has healed. I always seem to be at the doctors for something or other so wanted to ask MN before booking yet another appointment!

I had itchy skin when my skin was dry when first pregnant. I used the mama mio boob tube stuff but presumably any moisturiser would do if it were this.
Any other signs/symptoms Red/hot/discharge/spots etc??

No literally nothing else. I tried moisturising but it didn't seem to make a difference but maybe I need a thicker one.

I've managed to get the mama mio one reduced in TK Maxx a few times - it's breast feeding friendly so you can lather it on.
Are you pregnant??

Ha no absolutely not pregnant (DH has had the snip!) Will take a look at TK Maxx thank you.
