Hi help please...

I know I can freeze banana , but what other fruits are OK to freeze already mushed. So I can take out of freezer night before.

Can yoghurt be frozen so I can make fruit and yoghurt?

Almost anything, except really watery fruits and vegetables, can be frozen. Trial and error!

Yoghurt is fine, depending on the brand, although it will need a good stir as it will probably separate when you defrost it.

Do you need to blanch everything before freezing

I was never one for extra work, but when I was making baby food I used to cook, mash and freeze in ice cube trays.

I don't believe in blanching for the sake of it, but then it might end up a bit nicer at the other end. Dunno!
