bottle feeds at 9mths, how much?

I have a 9 mth old boy and he is now on formula - still having 24 to 32Oz (24Oz most days)per day(3 to 4 bottles) as well as brekkie lunch and dinner - is this too much? he doesnt have much water with his meals if any!

that sounds about right to me, although I find everyday is different. We usually just give dd as much as she wants...she will push bottle away if she doesn't want any more!
