dd is 7 months. i go back to work in 6 weeks doing evenings, so won't be doing her bedtime for 4 nights a week. dh and i have had it all on getting her to take a bottle in preparation for this, as well as getting her to sleep without the need for a feed. soooo, she can now drink from a bottle AND go to sleep herself.
tonight i really went for it and didn't give her a bf last thing, just the bottle. she then sucked her thumb for maybe 2 minutes and fell to sleep. bloody marvellous!
