Breastfeeding question

Baby 11 days old & yesterday and today he's been throwing up after most feeds, no sign of illness. He's also cut down on the time taken to feed.

Last night was the first time I've noticed my breasts leaking. Are these changes down to my having more milk & baby just over indulging or does the consistency of milk change so he's getting used to it?

By throwing up do you mean possetting? That's when they spit up milk afterwards. Usually with a burp! It can look a lot but usually isn't much. He might be taking more than he needs especially if you have fast letdown or oversupply but at 11 days don't worry about that, it'll settle!

Yep, mine did this, I think it's case of eyes bigger than belly, and them not being able to assess how much they are taking in when supply has increased. DS sorted himself out in a couple of days.
