Stopping breastfeeding after 12 months

Hello.
Dd is 12.5 months and has never taken a bottle. When I'm not around she'll drink from a cup but if she sees me she wants breastfeeding at least 4 times a day. I've just started back to work 4 days per week..I commute so I'm away for 10 hours. She's very happy in this time to eat solids and drink from a cup. So on those days she just has a morning and evening feed (we night weaned a couple of weeks ago) but the morning feed is 5am. As soon as I'm around on my day off though she wants the boob a lot.
I know there's a lot of adjustment for her at the moment so I'm not going to do anything right now, but I would like to stop breastfeeding within the next 3 months or so. Has anybody got any advice on how with minimal distress for her?
