Bottle refusers - how did you crack it?

Dd is 7 months old. Took bottles of ebm in the past but found out she is allergic to dairy and tried her with a bottle of nutramigen dairy free formula which is really smelly and apparently tastes foul and since then refuses to take the bottle. I have tried several different bottles and a cup (she doesn't seem to know what to do with this and it just spills out everywhere). How did you crack the issue?

My ds (14mo) Has never taken a bottle. The only thing he would drink out of until he was about 11mo was one of the non-spill sports cups with a straw. He wanted to be just like his big sister! Never did crack a bottle but now he drinks his milk from free flow Sippy cups or cups with straws.

I didn't. She refused bottles from 11 weeks. If she was absolutely desperate she would take a little bit in a cup, but it was pretty much food and water only during work hours, from about 7 months. She made up for it with boob once I got home. 2 grandmas and a childminder couldn't crack her.

With DD1 I went back to work when she was 7 months, left her with the childminder, a bottle and my heartfelt apologies and after three days she never looked back (I was still breastfeeding before and after work).

I assumed a similar thing would happen with DD2 when i went back to work at 10 months but she is apparently more stubborn than her sister, she also won't take any form of milk as a drink apart from breast. CM discovered that she preferred spouty sports bottle style cups, and now at 20months she'll drink out of anything, but still no milk.

If it's the milk that's the issue can you try a variety of different style cups so that she is getting water and then get calcium etc from other sources?

She just doens't seem to get cups. Never manages to drink anything it just pours over her or she pulls away.
