breast implants and breasts after breast feeding

I had saline breast implants 12 years ago and BF-d DD for 18 months. I am 6 months post stopping BF-ing and my breasts are very lumpy and ridged. I went to see a surgeon about getting replacement implants, but she didn't seem too worried lump wise and booked me in for the op to get silicone ones.

Did anyone have this experience? What caused it?
